The service pack may be obtained through the Lectora auto update utility (you must have administrative rights to the computer) by selecting File, Preferences, click on the Auto Update tab, then the button that states 'Check for updates now.'The update may also be obtained from the support service center of our website: http://trivantis.com/support/support_service_center_service_ center.html
