You might have them check the Affinity Settings. I had a problem with a client that hosted SumTotal in a server farm with a load balancer on the front end. What happened is that you'd launch the course from one server, then based on load, get switched to another server in the farm, but the API would still try connecting (using the IP address) to the original server.Scott
