So, tell me about how the variables get from one your menu to the courses. Offhand, it sounds like you are exceeding the 4K limit for a cookie - not in any one course but over the several courses. Eliminate all possible retained variables in all courses. Use common variables if at all possible. Other than that, I do not know.
