I am a student in Instructional Design. I am completing a project that has a test. The test is supposed to go to either pass or fail at its completion. I have set the grade at 100% in order to pass. Each question has been given a point criteria, but I still only get a "pass" even if I mark all the wrong answers. What is going wrong?
