Embed variable within other text in a text box

I would like to have a text box that includes standard text, plus the value of a variable. For example, "Great job [name], you answered [test_score] correct out of 20 questions." I have been creating separate text boxes with change_contents actions but it would be nice to have the text flow more naturally in a sentence or paragraph. Can this be done? Thanks.
