Email Test results

I am also seeking help from anyone who can tell my why my test result submission, though appearing to be correctly setup, is giving errors when trying to send the test results via e-mail. Our e-mail client is MSOutlook, and after the screen stating that the results are being prepared to send, a message pops up stating that send was not successful, an icon is created on the desktop to attempt to do this "at a later time". I have tried to send from the icon that was created, but it gives me the same "Unable to send" message, and the e-mail client is working fine for everything else I do and use it for - both within and without the MS environment...We are getting ready to roll this training out and need to have the test scores sent to myself and the trainee's manager...Thank you!
