Email Test Results.

Hi Everyone!I'm such a newbie. I am trying to do something that I thought would be relatively easy but it's not working the way I had planned. In Lectora 2004, I have created a randomized test that when completed, emails the results back to me (actually a generic mailbox). When I test it, it works fine, when others test, the process fails. The actual test goes OK but fails to send the results. I have verified that the email address in the "test properties" is correct. Is there anything else I need to do or check?Thanks, Steve

Thanks for the response. It could be a firewall issue as we are very security conscious. I am getting an error that says: "I/O connection failed - Failed to submit reuslts."I am also looking into the possibility that the exchange server and the hosting server may be seperate servers.Thanks again!
That the error I have seen associated with a firewall before.
Sounds like it could be a firewall issue. When lector trys to open the outlook program to send the email on the other's computer it gets treated as a virus?Is there a error displayed?
