Partial solution:This is a difficult one. There is no way to only get certain selected answers to be emailed. It seems it is all or nothing. The easiest way to set it up is by creating text boxes, but you will still get all of them, answered or not. The way you do that is to not use questions for the MC part. Instead use a form with 2 radio buttons in it. Create one set and then just copy and paste to the other pages.
