Email Individual Lectora Page - Email Recipient Unknown

I've set up my final page to gather all Essay Question responses received throughout the course and I want the user to be able to email the page to their manager and then print the page. I've got the print action figured out but the email action is not as clear cut.

I've done some searching, but everything seems to rely on the email recipient being known and in my situation, that is not the case.

Can I create an action, using Java Script or variables, or something else, that will allow the user to email the page and enter the recipient's address?

I'm on Lectora Inspire 16.
