Email Complete status or test results

Hello All
I want to have the test results or complete status of each user mailed to our monitors address.
However, I have a question about making this function work.When I attempt to set up the course in SCORM 1.2 to email the test results and publish it, I get the following error:One or more forms, tests, or submit actions have their information submitted via EMail which is not supported using the JavaScript Title Manager. Either change the type of submittal, or de-select the JavaScript Title Manager option.When I turn off the JavaScript Title Manager option, I get the following error:I/O Error, cannot send results: Connection timed out: connect with an OK button below it. I can click through the OK button, but it will not send results.
Does anyone know What settings are necessary to make this email function work?
I am using Lectora 2007 Professional Publishing Suite v. SP5.
