editing after test feedback

could you please help me out with this one...i need to change the message in the feedback popup that appears after the student has gone through the test..right now when the student fails he gets the "FAILED" message which my client feels is too rough, is there some place where i can edit this message?secondly if the student fails for the second time he needs to be redirected to a url or a email address, can this be done and if so how?would really appreciate your help,thanks,
