Easier Library Access

I would love to see the option for a floating library with drag and drop functionality much like you see in other web development applications. What would be equally great is having hotkey functions in Lectora to bring up the library and other common tasks. I'm an avid user of the library feature, and to be honest the repetitive motions required to navigate to the library are wreaking havoc on my mouse hand!
