Dynamic Title feature enhancement

The dynamic text that can be generated when publishing right now is not to useful as it is.

First you have to select it per text object, a single checkbox would be better, with overiding if needed per object level.

But he most important is that when you make changes to the publish then the source becomes outdated.

It would be better if there was a way to integrate that xml content back to Lectora or better to have Lectora work by default with the content in that xml format inside the library. So you could change the content by editing that xml within the source or in the published version and you could use one file or the other without doing anything else.
