Drag and drop works locally but not on SumTotal LMS

I have a drag and drop that was created by a vendor in Flash. I can sucessfully run the .swf file locally and off our internal server, but when I load to the SumTotal GLMS, the hotspots aren't draggable.

Any thoughts?

By the way, it was created in Flash 10 for Flash Player 8, and I'm on Lectora Inspire X.

I forgot to mention that our company is on IE version 8. The course works just fine in Chrome, but 99% of our users don't have chrome, so it MUST be fixed to work in IE.

Have you tried to put the course up on SCORM Cloud and tested it on IE8 yet? This may help to determine if the issue is with IE8 or SumTotal.
