drag and drop prob

Hi all,

I see on the forum there a lot of issues related to drag and drop. However, i only want to match 5 pairs. I cannot get the image to stick to the text when dragged. I've fooled with the "place drop point" dialogue forever and cannot to get anything to work. the arrows to adjust do nothing nor do my keyboard arrows. it says to drag to create spot but nothing drags. whole image is green and still it wont drop.

any ideas?
