Drag and drop functionality broken with latest release? (11.3.2)

Can anyone else confirm that they can no longer drag and drop images from explorer with the recently released update?
Prior to this images could be dragged directly from explorer onto the lectora stage, a big time saver if you have images with contents (but not dimensions) which have changed. Now i just get a circle with a line through it if I drag an image over the lectora stage.

Peter - Can you try to restart your computer, and also run Lectora NOT as an administrator and let us know what happens? Sometimes we see this after a service pack, but these steps usually resolve the problem.
