Drag & Drop questions, IE10 and Moodle
November 5, 2013 12:00 AM
Hi,
we've developed a module in Lectora Online that contains drag & drop questions (build with the lectora question wizard).
they worked fine in moodle when testing in IE9. But in IE10 they don't work (tested in moodle 2.5.2, 2.3.9 and the latest testversion 2.6).
We've tested the module in different combinations (scormcloud/IE 10, totara/IE10, moodle/chrome, moodle/firefox) and the drag & drop questions work perfectly.
Has anyone encountered this problem, or know about a fix?
thank you

We would be happy to look at this. Please send an email to support@trivantis.com and reference this forum post. The quickest way to get a fix or resolution is to provide us with access to a course in which this fails, otherwise we might not be able to reproduce the problem.
We like Moodle and want our courses to work there flawlessly, so please do help us!
Thank you for submitting this issue to support. I was able to see the problem and found a workaround. See the package file below which contains a title that has some scripting to fix the problem encountered with IE10 in the Moodle 2.5.2+ scorm container. Please let me know if this workaround will work for you.
removed attachment see below for the fix
Im also having this problem, but can anyone advise what do do with the attached .pkg file?
Thanks
Andy
Doesn´t work for me eitheir. We have Moodle 2.5.3. It would be so great to find a solution for this
This issue has been fixed on hosted Lectora Online in the US and Europe. Please clear your browser cache (google how to if you don't know) and then reload Lectora Online, re-publish your course. The additional scripts above are no longer necessary.
Thanks again Janneke!
It works now in IE10, 11 and 9... but now it doesn´t work in IE8. I´m using Lectora desktop not Lectora Online.

You can automate the re-publishing process with Lectora Command Prompt publishing. See in help or ask support for the documentation.
You can import the .PKG file in your lectora.
The file contains an example of what code you should add.
But it still doesn't work in IE10.
Hi,
Trivantis sent me the solutions, and they work.
Add the appropriate file as html files (header script) to your course, and it should work.
There is an Online and a Desktop version.
Thanks to Joe from Trivantis!
