Drag & Drop question not working in HTML

I did a drag&drop question with 5 images that should be dragged and dropped on the right places on the drop image. Everything works fine in the preview but if I publish to HTML, it doesn't work any longer. That means I can still drag each of the images on the drop image but I can't drop it anywhere on the drop image.
Any idea?
