Does Lectora have typewriter animation feature for text? i.e. text appears 1 letter at a time
July 20, 2023 12:00 AM
I want for text to appear on a page as though someone is typing it. So, it will appear 1 letter at a time instead of a whole word, phrase, sentence or paragraph. Can I do this in Lectora?
Solution
No, but that would be a cool transition in for text blocks please add that to

I bet one of the other Rockstars in the forums could make an ExternalHTML object that could do it.
If someone wants to try here is a JQuery extension that could be added to triv$ (internal JQuery)

If you are willing to pay a little to GreenSock... they have exclusive "Club GreenSock Member" JS Plugin that does some amazing work to animate in HTML blocks as Lines, Words, or Characters... https://greensock.com/docs/v3/Plugins/SplitText
