Does anyone know why the one image does not show when viewing the quiz in the browser?

You might want to give more information, say the version of Lectora you use, and which browser this happens in. Uploading the Zip of your project (if possible) would also be helpful to potential question-answerers.

Thanks, @carlfink: I am using Version 19. It happens when viewing in Chrome, IE and Edge. After I have scormed and uploaded to Moodle, it seems to show correctly.
