Displaying Narration Text

OK - I didn't describe this well enough. I have a button on the bottom screen that allows the user to display the narration script if they choose to. This is done with toggle visibility state of a global narration document box that is initially invisible. The display field opens in a small area along the bottom. This is the same area where the navigation buttons are. The text are individual txt files pulled in from a central narration directory and placed by adding a document. This works OK, I just don't know if it's the right approach. Is there a better way do this? The reason for keeping the narration files as external txt files is that (to me) it makes them easier to edit.OK - I didn't describe this well enough.
