Display a hidden button using two variables

Hi all,

On my page, there are two clickable buttons. Once the two buttons have been clicked, the Next button should show. For some reason, I need three clicks...on the first button, the second button, then back to the first button to display Next.

I've added variables, I've subtracted variables, I've used As & Bs, numbers...for some reason I'm requiring three clicks. I don't want to timer it, our equipment is different at global locations and some are S-L-O-W.

I'm tired of looking at this, and all my other pages with multiple buttons work. I'm just having a brain freeze.

Can somebody help out?
