Disabling sound of pop-up messages

Is there a way within Lectora to disable the sound that occurs when a pop-up window appears within a course? For instance, when the employee takes the quiz and receives feedback in pop-up message format, it makes an error sound every time they answer a question. The CEO didn't like that much... If it is possible to disable this sound, please let me know!
