Disabling Exit Button

Does anyone know how to disable the exit button that appears in the top menu bar of a course that's been published as an executable file? I'm talking about the standard Windows exit (X) button found in the upper right corner. If a student exits that way instead of using the exit button I programmed into the course, our (antiquated) LMS locks up.
