Disable IE keyboard shortcuts and override with custom

We have a massive training roll-out coming up with a simulation of the employees' software. Much of the interaction is based on key commands to navigate the pages. We are having problems with IE opening search panes and other commands when the tutorial says ‘press F3 to go to…’ I posted this on another forum and received the HTML and javascript instructions to edit this. The problem is that we must edit each page within a tutorial (after it's published) in order to redirect the commands.

This will be very time intensive (opening each html file in Dreamweaver and editing the correct code). Is there a way to do this in Lectora... or to all of the html pages at once rather than each individual page within a tutorial? Please let me know if I need to clarify.
