dictionary question with translated courses

 Unfortunately due to company policy I can't post the whole rtf, but I can post a few pages. How do I post it?

What I do when I see the 1 or A:

1. I spell check the text box


2. Select the content of the text box


3. Cut


4. Paste unformatted
