Something I've found that seems to work pretty well is using an external html that contains this:Set the height to your border height and change the 15 to get as close to the right border as you like. Setting an image as a table background makes it tile to fill that table, and lectora gives you the resolution with findWH().Only problem is, it gets thrown off if you are trying to center your program in html.
