Oh yea, I almost forgot.In your external html properties, go to the Additional Files tab and include your border image.NOTE: Something that I had used for a resizable border for a web page I had done before was a simple fade. The top border faded from black to white, from top to bottom and and bottom border faded from black to white, from bottom to top.This way it looked nice and could re-size to any dimension without being able to tell it was tiled.
