Hi, Janet. What you would be better doing is getting a program that will record the steps that you need to show. There is a FREEWARE product called Wink which will help you a great deal to demonstrate your website. The URL is: http://www.debugmode.com/wink/
This will record the screen and output to flash. Try it.
