delaying a video from starting

I have figured out how to delay a video from auto starting when the page loads (added an Action to the page level of On Show, Play, Target: video name (with a 10 second delay added at the bottom of that Action Properties window), but in the delay time period, the "play" arrow, which appears in the middle of the video player, still appears, allowing the user to click play and avoid the delay I want built in. Just turning off the controller bar (that runs along the bottom of the video player) does not hide that larger play arrow that appears in the middle of the video player. Anyone know how to hide that larger play arrow?
