Data File Corrupted

Hi,I am supporting a colleague who is having problems opening a course that she has created (an .awt file).When she tries to open the file she gets a message that the "data file is corrupted or saved by a different version of this product. Some data may be lost". She has also lost a whole section of the course - it was an assessment.She is using the Lectora 2004 Professional Publishing Suite. She was recently upgraded to XP and didn't have these problems until the upgrade.Whilst she was on Windows 98 she installed one of the service packs (that worked with 98), as she was having problems exporting to our LMS. Is it possible that installing the same service pack would resolve the issue? Should she install a later service pack now she is on XP? Would installing a different service pack to the service pack used to create the original course also create problems?Thanks for your help!
