Customizing Test Questions

You can also make test questions without using the test questions at all! To make a "fake" multiple choice question with big buttons, you can use the button wizard to put three big buttons on the page. Use a text box to ask the question. Then for each button, you can have it display a message or go to a pop-up window that says whether it is right or wrong. (Those buttons can be images instead, if you prefer.)
And if you want to have that question scored and tracked, you can have the actions for the buttons/images that set a test question variable to be correct or incorrect.

I have a touch screen application that I am designing for and the existing format of the questions is too small for the user to click on. I can spread them out to accomodate for my 1" between button requirement, but I am looking for alternatives. Also, is there a method to creating custom questions such as selecting the correct answer from a group of images and scoring that interaction without using the test feature?
