Customized Test Results / Errors

When Publishing Scorm 1.2 or 2004......using the customized test results I get the following errors:
Unable to find an API Adapter
Unable to locate the LMS's API Implementation.
LMSGetValue was not successful.
If I disable the customized test results and use the standard....SCO works great no issues.
Anyone have an idea what in the Customized test results box is breaking the SCO?

In Lectora X, I'm still getting the API error thrown as a result of student name field. Yet it's still not an option to remove in the test results properties AND it reappears each time the title is saved and reopened. Meaning I must remember to delete it immediately before each time I publish to SCORM.
Someone please tell me if test results have been updated in Lectora 11. I'm holding off on updating until I finish my current project. Experience has taught me not to update mid-project.
I found that if you use customized test results - DO NOT DISPLAY in POP-UP window using LMS or you will get this error.
Uncheck the box "Open in PopUp Window" in the Test Results Content Tab, or properties - and it seems to fix it.
On the LMS, if you select to "Wrap SCO Window with API" in the Compatibility Settings of the course, there are no API errors with popups.
