How about a definitive answer for one of your questions? Before you move the OK button or change the x/y, uncheck the Offset from right and Offset from bottom checkboxes in the Position and Size tab for the button properties.I was able to change the window size and have the questions reset to the correct spacing. Check the formatting of the question/text box itself. Are you using soft/hard returns to control spacing? A colleague of mine did that to use the numbering tool. I prefer to add numbers as separate text boxes so the question text itself is "clean."Re the Cancel button, I just changed the on click behavior of the button to go to a different page vs the default cancel test/survey. I went to the new page on cancel and a different page if I completed and failed. Assuming your learners must take/pass the test to complete the course, that should work for you.
