Customized JW Player Videos and Lectora

We have a purchased copy of JW Player on our server, but cannot figure out how to make all of the pieces work together. We have the script that calls the jwplayer.js, a script that we want to use to customize the player (width, height, About text, skin, controlbar, etc.), and the video itself. In an HTML page, we'd be able to use a DIV, but I'm not finding a way to display the video on a Lectora page, given the customized player settings we need to set up. Our course will be deployed to iPad and we must use the JW Player. Does anyone know how to make this work? (Using Lectora Inspire vX.6)
