Customize final test result report

Is there a way to modify the way results look in the final test report given to the students after a test has been taken?

Specifically the drag and drop results.

For example: I don’t want to get as a correct answer 1,1-2,2-3,3 etc.

Can I customize the way it looks? And get something like: 1= option A, 2= option B. etc.
