Where are you looking at these dropdown lists? You should be on the When Passsed and When Failed tabs of the Test properties. You should see every page in your course/title in the Target dropdown box. If not, please use File menu > Export > Zip and post that file to the Files section of the Lounge and notify us here. Or you can send it to me at ben.pitman@eProficiency.com.
