Custom TOC icons

1. Publish to HTML.2. Look in the images folder and find the page icon - I think it is "tocpageicon.gif"3. Copy the name, note the image size (20 x 22) and delete.4. Replace with your own image and use the name you copied.Unfortunately you have to do this each time. There may be a way to change the image permanently in the Trivantis files. Search for that gif in the Lectora program folder.
