Custom TOC icons

Thanks. This is really helpful. I will give this a try. I would love to see Trivantis add this right into the product. A more customizable TOC in terms of icons, maybe provide a wide array of graphics in different colors and shapes for the Chapter, Section and page. Thanks. This is really helpful.
