Custom Test Results Not Displaying

I'm using Professional Publishing Suite v.9a. I have a short multiple-choice test at the end. When I finish the test, it takes you to a 'thank you page' on which I have a button to 'display test results'. When I Run or Preview in Lectora, the button displays the results fine. If I publish to HTML, nothing happens. I've looked at other postings and have tried checking 'Include Title Manager Frame' and 'Use JavaScript Title Manager'. Still nothing. There are no errors, etc. If I uncheck the 'customized test results', it works in HTML fine. But, the 'Correct Answers' are not given...which I want to have.Any ideas on what I can do?
