Custom Question Feedback

During the Lectora 16.1 webinar on 4/20/16, Tim (I think it was Tim), demonstrated this lovely attached customized question feedback. How did he do that? Can someone point me to directions? All I seem to be able to display is the ugly pop-up correct/incorrect display message. Thank you!

Isn't that just a form "Rounded Rectangle" with some shadows? For the Feedback you can use any action, e.g. "Show" "Rounded Rectangle", instead of "Display message".
