I'm with Ben on this. I don't have that issue either.Since no one has stepped forward and shared a similar tale of woe, I'm inclined to think that this is a problem on your end. Since reinstalling didn't fix it, I suggest you call the Trivantis support. I don't know if a support package is required for your problem. This definitely sounds like a fundamental problem, so I would think that Trivantis would help out, whether you have a support package or not (but I do not speak for Trivantis at all; just speaking as a fellow customer with an overinflated sense of right and wrong).Kevin
