It can be used on certain things. Main problem is that most objects (text blocks, images, etc.) are nested inside something else and have their own CSS generated by Lectora. Suggest you generate a simple page w/o using frames and publish. Look at the generated HTML.Also, search the forum for CSS. I know people have used it to change the borders on some things.
