Creating media

I change my course so it will be more ipad friendly.
All my flash animation are now converted to .avi files.
The movies i add like this: Add - Oject - Video
When i Publish to HTML i got the problem:
Creating media/moviename.fla .....................................
I see that other have problem around this, but i have a video.
How can i solve this. I cannot export the course now. It just work and work.
