Creating an evaluation for a course

I'll try that - Thank You. Now my next challenge will be to get it to go to the evaluation after they have taken the quiz. Right now it is set to go to a pass or fail page then the certificate depending on if they pass. They are allowed to take the quiz once, if they try again they are redirected to a page that states that they have already taken the quiz. I get really confused when there are multiple pages and actions that need created.
