Course Title Showing on Every Page

I have a course that on loading of every page, wherever the mouse is, it shows the course title in an ALT tag. This is extremely annoying. What's really bizzare is somehow I got it to go away and then this morning I changed the course title page and now it shows back up. Does anyone have any idea why this is and how to remove the course title from every page?
