Course not marked as complete

We are using Lectora with SumTotal. The course publishes without any problems. But after launching the course in the SumTotal and completing it, the status does not change to complete. It says incomplete and the Status is "in progress". Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.We are using Lectora with SumTotal.
