Course loses connection with API after completion

Problem:
Course displays JavaScript dialog not connecting to the SCORM API. See screen shots.
Environment: Windows 7 Enterprise
Browser: Google Chrome Version 58.0.3029.96 (64-bit)
Course Authoring Tool: Lectora 17.03
Occurs:
After Course Completion and all reviews have been made, fixed, and archived.
Tried to upload a newer version of the course and the problem remains.
Uploaded the same course, but set it as a different instance and it works.
I am curious how we can resolve this issue? Or is it advisable to just upload a new course?
