Hi, we have a course created in Lectora Inspire (vX.4.1) that won't go past the "Loading Course" screen, but only in google Chrome browser. It works fine in IE8 and Firefox (v15), and we also have other Lectora courses that run fine in Chrome, so I'm assuming it's specfic to this course. This course is even based on the template created from another course that runs fine so I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea what we might have changed inadvertantly here that keeps this course from getting past the loading window.
We've published to Scorm/Web Based and are running it from a Moodle based LMS. We also have a variety of Articulate and custom created courses that work fine....it just seems to be this one course which is causing problems.
Just trying to think of other settings that might be important - it's tracking test scores, and opening in a separate window from the LMS. I think that's about it.
Any ideas would be great....my plan B is to change the publish string for the Loading message to say something like "Loading....if you are using chrome and see this for more than 2 minutes, close the course and open it in another browser" but obviously that's not ideal.
