Course content vary upon launch?

Does anyone know if a course can be customized depending on where it is launched from? I want to create one course for two different audiences and have the course content vary depending on where the audience launched the course from? I do not want either audience to know that there are different versions of the course so having them identify themselves at the beginning of the course to trigger certain variables will not do the trick.Does anyone know if a course can be customized depending on where it is launched from?
